The Depth of One Session: How a Private Session Can Open the Door to Yourself

Lately, I’ve been reflecting a lot on why private sessions touch me so deeply and meaningfully—not just as the facilitator, but also as a witness—being present on someone’s journey to their own center. That moment when a person enters the space, sets down their everyday roles, and allows themselves to truly be present is something very special.

A private session is not simply “therapy” — it is a meeting. Between you and me, but above all, between you and your inner world. It can be a quiet, deeply felt process or an intense, liberating one. Every time it is different. But always honest.

My tools are breath, conscious presence, and methods I have learned and lived — such as the Source Process and Breathwork, Methodraie, and ultra-consciousness practices. But even more important than the method is the space itself. A space where you are listened to without judgment. A space where your feelings have a place. Where you don’t need to prove or fix anything. Where all that you are is allowed.

Sometimes the body speaks before the words arrive. Sometimes a tear comes with the very first breath. And sometimes it is the silence that speaks the most. Everyone arrives where they are ready to go. And my role is to be there—present, open, and trusting.

A private session is not a “quick fix.” It is more a deep invitation: to look at yourself honestly, gently, and courageously. Sometimes one session is enough for something important to shift. Sometimes the desire arises to come again and again, each time a little deeper.Going deep — the readiness to meet what stands between you and your courage to live — opens the door to connection with your true potential and the courage to live your truth. These are moments that connect us with life itself. And although the process can sometimes feel uncomfortable, the moment of breakthrough is always touching and creates a deep inner peace.

If you feel called to come, know this — you are welcome. Just as you are. Because everything begins with permission. And in this space, permission is already present. I look forward to meeting you in a session — find them here: https://www.avardumiseruum.ee/eraseansid
