BREATH EVENING – I Am Love

You are warmly invited to experience a breath journey at Avardumise Ruum. At the heart of our co-creation lies a loving oneness with yourself and with life.

We will fill the space with live music, part of which is created in the moment. Surrounded by gentleness and support, you’re invited to reconnect with your inner source of wisdom – your pure essence.

Conscious deep connected breathing creates space within you – a space where time pauses and you can come home to yourself. This breathwork calms the mind, releases tension from the body, supports inner clarity, and awakens your center of power.We learn, feel, and experience with our whole being – not just through the mind. Breathwork integrates both hemispheres of the brain and unites the body into a coherent whole, bringing greater harmony and balance into your life and inner world.
